Our Open Positions
High Noon Tint Studio is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join our team. We are seeking someone who is comfortable communicating with customers, following up with leads, and helping grow sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming shop phone calls professionally and assist customers with questions regarding products and services
Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, text messages, and email
Follow up with new and existing leads to convert inquiries into scheduled appointments
Utilize CRM/software systems (such as TintWiz) for customer communication, scheduling, and lead tracking
Educate customers on window tint options and benefits
Upsell window film packages and additional products/services when appropriate
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate customer information
Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact through completion of services
Assist with general front office and shop support duties as needed
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable speaking with customers via phone, text, and in person
Previous sales experience preferred
Ability to confidently recommend and upsell products/services
Strong organization and follow-through skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, positive attitude, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
Automotive sales experience
Knowledge of window tint products/services
Experience using CRM or scheduling software
Familiarity with TintWiz or similar customer management systems
